Du bist gerne die gute Seele eines Büros, packst selbstständig mit an und sorgst dafür, dass im Alltag alles rundläuft? Dann suchen wir Dich als zuverlässige, serviceorientierte und vielseitige Persönlichkeit für die Betreuung unserer Büroräumlichkeiten!

Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für viele kleine und große Dinge im Büroalltag und kümmerst dich in enger Abstimmung mit der Niederlassungsleitung unter anderem um:

* Allgemeine operative Bürobetreuung und gelegentliche organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Erledigung von Besorgungen und Botengängen

* Durchführen von regelmäßigen Pflege- und Wartungsaufgaben laut Intervallplan

* Sicherstellung der allgemeinen Ordnung in den Büroräumlichkeiten, Küchen, Terrassen und Fahrradraum (Reinigungseinsätze bei Bedarf, die Hauptreinigung erfolgt extern)

* Durchführung kleinerer Instandhaltungsarbeiten (z. B. Montage von Bildern oder ähnliche kleine Heimwerker-Tätigkeiten)

* Betreuung und Einsatz unseres KI-Reinigungsroboters

* Bearbeitung bzw. Weiterleitung von Mitarbeiteranliegen

* Tägliche Betreuung und Pflege unserer Pflanzen, Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserspender, Tee-Bar

* Überwachung von Lagerständen für Büromaterial, Kaffee, Tee, etc.

* Gelegentlicher Empfang und Betreuung von Besucher*innen und Ansprechpartner*innen vor Ort

* Unterstützung, damit sich Mitarbeiterinnen und Besucherinnen bei uns wohlfühlen

* Du erweiterst unser Erste-Hilfe-Team

Die Arbeitszeit deiner 4-Tage-Woche von Montag bis Donnerstag geht in der Regel von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Im Zuge einer Gleitzeitregelung besteht ein gewisser Spielraum für individuelle Flexibilität.

Das bringst du mit:

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Praktisches Geschick und die Bereitschaft, selbst mit anzupacken

* Organisationstalent und ein Grundverständnis für Ordnung und Sauberkeit

* Flexibilität und eine lösungsorientierte Einstellung

* Gültiger Erste-Hilfe-Kurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren (Kurskosten sowie Arbeitszeit werden bezahlt)

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt, das sich (auf Vollzeitbasis 38,5 Wochenstunden) abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung zum Einstieg zwischen € 31.304,- und € 35.000,- bewegt. Je nach Erfahrung und Kompetenzen ist auch eine Überzahlung über diese Gehaltsspanne hinaus möglich.
