Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Objektbuchhaltung und sorgen dafür, dass hinter den Zahlen alles rund läuft.

IHRE AUFGABEN

º Eigenverantwortliche Objektbuchhaltung für MRG und WEG

º Laufender Austausch mit Mietern und Lieferanten inklusive Zahlungsabwicklung

º Erstellung von Betriebskosten-, Rücklagen- und Eigentümerabrechnungen

º Aufbereitung monatlicher Reports und Daten

º Kompetente Ansprechperson für Eigentümer und Mieter bei kaufmännischen Fragen

º Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern sowie internen und externen Partnern

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

º Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH, LAP)

º Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Objektbuchhaltung

º Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwendungskenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit IGEL-Software

º Genauigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

º Teamgeist, Engagement und Flexibilität

º Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
