Das Evangelische Studentenwohnheim in Linz-Dornach sucht ab sofort 1 Objektleiter_in Reinigung (Teilzeit oder Vollzeit) - Führung eines kleinen Teams

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche Leitung eines kleinen Reinigungsteams mit drei Mitarbeiterinnen und arbeiten gleichzeitig aktiv im operativen Reinigungsbereich mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Aktive Mitarbeit in der Unterhaltsreinigung (ca. 80 %)

* Führung und Koordination eines kleinen Reinigungsteams (3 Mitarbeiter_innen)

* Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Organisation von Urlaubs- und Krankenstands Vertretungen

* Sicherstellung und laufende Kontrolle der Reinigungsqualität

* Qualitätskontrollen bei Ein- und Auszügen von Bewohne_innen

* Planung und Koordination von Grundreinigungen

* Verwaltung der Reinigungsmittel und Bettausstattung

* Erkennen von Problemen und Optimierungspotenzialen

* Entwicklung kreativer und praxisorientierter Lösungsansätze

* Ansprechpartner_in für Hausleitung, Bewohner_innen und externe Dienstleister

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

* Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung, im Housekeeping oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Reinigungsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sehr erwünscht

* Erste Führungs- bzw. Koordinationserfahrung von Vorteil

* Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Blick fürs Detail

* Fähigkeit, Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln

* Organisationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch-Grundkenntnisse

* Freundliches, wertschätzendes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

Wir bieten

* Teilzeit- oder Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab 20 Wochenstunden

* Arbeitszeit Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr
