Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Aufgaben:

** Führung, Einteilung und Koordination unserer Reinigungsteams

** Organisation und Überwachung der Unterhalts- und Sonderreinigung

** Regelmäßige Objektkontrollen und Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards

** Optimale Personal- und Einsatzplanung

** Einschulung und Betreuung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen

** Organisation von Urlaubs- und Krankenstandsvertretungen

** Koordination von Material, Reinigungsmitteln und benötigter Ausstattung

** Persönliche Betreuung unserer Kunden und Ansprechpartner_innen vor Ort

** Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen und Entwicklung schneller, lösungsorientierter Maßnahmen

** Wirtschaftliche Betreuung der zugeordneten Objekte und Kostenkontrolle

** Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Reinigungspersonal

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. Meisterausbildung in der Denkmal-, Gebäude- und Fassadenreinigung ist von Vorteil

* Gute organisatorische und kaufmännische Fähigkeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kund_innen und Mitarbeiter_innen

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
