Ihre Rolle bei uns

Als Objektmanager:in sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen und Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung der Servicequalität, zur Weiterentwicklung Ihres Betreuungsgebiets sowie zur wirtschaftlichen Steuerung Ihrer Objekte bei. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position verbinden Sie Organisationstalent, Führungsstärke und Kundenorientierung.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail

º Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskund:innen

º Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Dienstleistungsqualität und Kundenzufriedenheit

º Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie Ausbau und Entwicklung des bestehenden Betreuungsgebiets

º Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit Kund:innen

º Organisation und Koordination des laufenden Telefon-, Schrift- und E-Mailverkehrs

º Pflege und Verwaltung von Datenbanken, Dokumentationen und Leistungsprotokollen

º Fachliche und organisatorische Führung, Einsatzplanung und Betreuung der Reinigungskräfte

º Verantwortung für einen effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Personal- und Materialeinsatz

º Durchführung von Objektkontrollen sowie Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und der Bereichsleitung

Ihr Profil

º Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

º Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung oder im Dienstleistungsumfeld von Vorteil

º Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

º Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Einsatzgebiets

º Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

º Teamorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

º Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und wirtschaftlichem Verständnis

º Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Mitarbeiter:innen
