IHRE AUFGABEN - DU HAST FREUDE AN:

* Verantwortung für die Organisation und Steuerung der Reinigungsdienstleistungen in den zugewiesenen Objekten

* Planung, Koordination und Kontrolle des Personaleinsatzes vor Ort

* Qualitätssicherung der Reinigungsleistungen gemäß Kundenanforderungen und internen Standards

* Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden, Mitarbeiter:innen und externe Dienstleister

* Durchführung von Objektbegehungen, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz-, Hygiene- und Umweltrichtlinien

* Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Schulung von Reinigungspersonal

* Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen und Materialbestellungen

IHR PROFIL - DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS:

* Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung als Denkmal-, Fassaden- und Gebäudereiniger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Führerschein B wird vorausgesetzt

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Reinigung, besonders in der Objektbetreuung

* Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiter:innen

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sprachkenntnisse in Türkisch, Serbisch, Kroatisch oder Bosnisch von Vorteil

* MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und wirtschaftliche Denkweise

* Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
