Obstetrieverpleegkundige ZGT , Almelo Vakgebied Verpleegkunde Functie Obstetrie verpleegkundige Branche Ziekenhuis Aanstelling Vaste aanstelling Plaatsingsdatum 20 August 2026 Niveau MBO Ervaring Niet nader bepaald Dienstverband Niet nader bepaald De afdelingen geboorte en moeder en kind maken onderdeel uit van het Moeder Kind Centrum van ZGT en zijn verantwoordelijk voor alle zorg rondom zwangerschap, bevalling en kraambed. Gezinsgerichte zorg staat aan de basis van alle zorgprocessen. Doordat wij op een aantal kamers samenwerken met de neonatologie verpleegkundigen worden moeder en kind niet gescheiden en daar zijn we trots op. Ons betrokken en enthousiaste team bestaat uit 65 verpleegkundigen en 12 kraamverzorgenden. Daarnaast wordt er nauw samengewerkt met 15 gynaecologen, circa 24 verloskundigen, de neonatologie verpleegkundigen en kinderartsen. Dankzij de goede onderlinge samenwerking wordt in het Moeder Kind Centrum de beste zorg verleend tijdens de circa 2000 bevallingen die jaarlijks plaatsvinden binnen ZGT. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en coördineren van de gezinsgerichte zorg voor de zwangeren, barenden, kraamvrouwen en pasgeborenen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel patiënt als familie. Je speelt voor onze patiënten een belangrijke rol tijdens één van de meest belangrijke momenten in hun leven. Dit doe je door het bewaken en waarborgen van de kwaliteit en continuïteit van het totale zorgverleningsproces voor, tijdens en na de bevalling. Dit doe je niet alleen maar in teamverband met collega obstetrieverpleegkundigen, kraamverzorgenden, verloskundigen en artsen welke op hun beurt ook weer op jou kunnen bouwen. Jij bent het die goed luistert naar vrouwen tijdens de zwangerschap, bevalling en in het kraambed en observeert hoe het met de kraamvrouw, haar kind én haar partner gaat.
