Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende internationale logistieke dienstverlener met een sterke aanwezigheid in de regio Antwerpen, zoeken we een gedreven Ocean Export Lead Agent. In deze trekkersrol ondersteun je de supervisor en de manager bij het stroomlijnen van de operationele exportactiviteiten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het team, bewaakt de servicekwaliteit en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een vlekkeloze maritieme goederenstroom.

  • Een uitdagende sleutelfunctie met veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen een stabiele, internationale logistieke omgeving
  • Reele kansen tot zelfontplooiing met een gegarandeerd professioneel trainingsaanbod van minstens 52 uur per jaar
  • Een aantrekkelijk en marktconform loon aangevuld met extralegale voordelen

  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de logistieke sector, met een specifieke expertise in ocean export operations en maritieme documentatie
  • Hogere operationele of commerciele opleiding, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterke computervaardigheden, met een goede kennis van MS Office toepassingen zoals Excel en Word
  • Natuurlijke aanleg om een team te motiveren, te begeleiden en positief te beïnvloeden
  • Klantgerichte instelling met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Organisatorisch talent dat vlot prioriteiten stelt en deadlines respecteert
  • Coordineren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse operationele ocean export processen
  • Ondersteunen van de supervisor bij de werkverdeling binnen het team om continuïteit te garanderen tijdens piekperiodes of afwezigheden
  • Controleren van de operationele dashboards en workboards om de interne KPI's en de datakwaliteit nauwgezet te bewaken
  • Fungeren als mentor en gids voor de expediteurs, waarbij je een positieve teamgeest en het gebruik van productiviteitstools stimuleert
  • Beheren van de volledige documentenstroom voor internationale maritieme transporten conform de wettelijke regelgeving
  • Onderhouden en versterken van sterke klantrelaties, inclusief het proactief opvolgen van feedback en het registreren van klantbeoordelingen in het CRM systeem
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en correcte facturatie, kostencontrole en het opvolgen van financiele rapportages
  • Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en het soepel implementeren van nieuwe systeemupdates binnen het team
