Voor een internationale speler binnen de logistiek zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Ocean Export Lead Agent. Heb je een ruime ervaring binnen zeevracht en ben je klaar voor een functie met verantwoordelijkheid? Werk je graag gestructureerd, neem je initiatief en weet je collega's te ondersteunen en te motiveren? Dan is deze uitdagende functie zeker iets voor jou.

Jouw takenpakket als Ocean Export Lead Agent:

* Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking binnen de Ocean Export-afdeling.

* Je verdeelt de workload binnen het team en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig.

* Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert teamleden.

* Je volgt de opleiding en ontwikkeling van nieuwe medewerkers op.

* Je bewaakt een correcte en tijdige verwerking van exportzendingen.

* Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, rederijen, transporteurs en andere partners.

* Je onderhandelt over tarieven en zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening.

* Je controleert documenten, dossiers, rapporteringen en facturatie.

* Je bewaakt de naleving van interne procedures, KPI's en wettelijke voorschriften.

* Je volgt shipment reports en klantendossiers op.

* Je ondersteunt de supervisor en manager bij operationele en commerciële activiteiten.

* Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie.

Het ideale profiel als Ocean Export Lead Agent:

* Je hebt minstens 5 ervaring binnen Ocean Export.

* Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

* Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coachende rol.

* Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

* Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht.

* Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht.

* Je werkt nauwkeurig, ook onder tijdsdruk.

* Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met veranderingen.

* Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel en Word.

* Je weet collega's te motiveren en te begeleiden.
