Felixa is op zoek naar een Export Specialist in 2018 Antwerpen. Je komt terecht bij één van de marktleiders binnen de lucht-en zeevracht!

Wat ga je doen?

ü je staat in voor het aannemen en opmaken van de expeditiedossiers (van A tot Z);

ü je geeft laad- en losopdrachten aan terminals en/of magazijnen;

ü je kijkt facturen na;

ü je volgt de gehele zending op van vertrek tot aankomst;

ü je hebt contacten met scheepsagenturen, transporteurs, klanten …;

ü je staat in voor een feilloze klantenopvolging en administratie.

ü Bachelor-denkniveau of Master (logistiek) + enkele jaren relevante ervaring in zeevracht;

ü je hebt een grondige kennis van maritieme vaardigheden en de INCOTERMS (international commercial terms);

ü je hebt een probleemoplossende en klantgerichte houding;

ü je hebt een zeer goede taalbeheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt;

ü je kan op een geordende en georganiseerde manier werken;

ü je hebt een vlotte verbale en schriftelijk omgang met collega’s en klanten;
