• samostatné spravovanie budovy depozitára • zabezpečovanie bezpečnosti a odbornej ochrany zbierok uložených v depozite v zmysle platnej legislatívy a interných smerníc • samostatné evidovanie zbierok elektronickou metódou • práca so systémom ESEZ 4G na úrovni návštevník alebo kustód • spracovanie zoznamov zbierok v jednotlivých miestnostiach depozitu • vedenie odbornej evidencie zbierok (kniha pohybu zbierkových predmetov a lokalizačný katalóg) • výdaj a príjem zbierkových predmetov za účelom realizácie výstav a expozícií a za účelom odborného ošetrovania • navrhovanie zbierkových predmetov na odborné ošetrovanie • vykonávanie inventarizácie zbierok v depozite v spolupráci s odborným zamestnancom • meranie a udržiavanie vhodných klimatických podmienok obsluhou klimatizačného zariadenia, tepelných zdrojov, odvlhčovačov a zvlhčovačov • kontrola a obsluha EZS a EPS
