Bouw mee aan slimme ERP-oplossingen voor KMO's

Voor een jonge en ambitieuze IT-dienstverlener in de regio Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Odoo Developer / Consultant die graag technologie combineert met bedrijfsprocessen en klantcontact.

Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie die KMO's ondersteunt met IT-dienstverlening, softwareontwikkeling, ERP-integraties en slimme automatiseringsoplossingen. Binnen het developmentteam ligt een belangrijke focus op Odoo, software-integraties en oplossingen waarmee bedrijfsprocessen efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.

We zoeken daarbij niet uitsluitend een developer die graag achter zijn scherm programmeert. Je krijgt ook rechtstreeks contact met klanten, analyseert hun behoeften en denkt kritisch mee over hoe processen slimmer kunnen worden ingericht.

Je werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten, gaande van de configuratie en implementatie van standaard Odoo-modules tot volledig op maat ontwikkelde oplossingen en integraties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Odoo Developer / Consultant werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van de Odoo-dienstverlening. Je combineert development met functionele analyse en klantencontact.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van Odoo-modules op maat
  • Configureren en implementeren van standaard Odoo-modules
  • Ontwikkelen binnen de Odoo-omgeving met Python en XML
  • Bouwen en onderhouden van integraties tussen Odoo en externe systemen
  • Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en functionele behoeften bij klanten
  • Vertalen van functionele vereisten naar concrete technische oplossingen
  • Rechtstreeks overleggen met klanten en kritisch meedenken over hun noden
  • Optimaliseren en verder uitbouwen van bestaande Odoo-implementaties
  • Samenwerken met collega-developers en andere technische specialisten
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van het development- en Odoo-aanbod

Je krijgt hierbij voldoende ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over je eigen projecten en oplossingen.

Odoo Developer - Jouw profiel

We zoeken vooral iemand met een goede technische basis die daarnaast graag begrijpt waarom een klant een bepaalde oplossing nodig heeft.

Idealiter herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring met Odoo, binnen development en/of implementatie
  • Je hebt kennis van Python en XML
  • Je begrijpt hoe ERP-systemen en bedrijfsprocessen functioneren
  • Een bacheloropleiding binnen IT is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante praktijkervaring met ERP-systemen kan minstens even belangrijk zijn
  • Je bent analytisch en kan functionele vragen vertalen naar technische oplossingen
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk en staat graag rechtstreeks in contact met klanten
  • Je durft kritisch mee te denken en stelt de juiste vragen alvorens een oplossing uit te werken
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert evengoed binnen een klein team
  • Je bent positief, collegiaal en oplossingsgericht
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat de volgende stap is
  • Je hanteert een pragmatische en no-nonsense aanpak
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Een Odoo-certificering is een mooie plus
