Synvio is Odoo Silver Partner in Sijsele (Damme). We implementeren, optimaliseren en begeleiden bedrijven bij het volledige gebruik van Odoo — niet als eenmalig project, maar als vaste groeibegeleider. We werken vooral voor sterk groeiende bedrijven, startups, scale-ups en organisaties die volop willen innoveren. Zo blijft het werk bij ons steeds uitdagend. Ons team bestaat uit technici en programmeurs. Geen salespeople, geen targets die dicteren wat een klant nodig heeft. We nemen bewust minder klanten aan, zodat elke klant de aandacht krijgt die hij verdient.

Als Odoo Developer/Consultant ben je developer én consultant tegelijk. Je praat met de klant om te snappen wat hij écht nodig heeft, en je bouwt het zelf — van analyse tot oplevering. Bij ons loopt dat van A tot Z: je blijft nadien aan boord om de klant verder te helpen en te blijven verbeteren.

Wat je bij ons doet

  • Odoo-modules ontwikkelen en aanpassen (Python, OWL, QWeb)
  • Integraties bouwen met externe systemen en API's
  • Klantprocessen analyseren en vertalen naar werkende flows
  • Gebruikers trainen, ook hands-on in onze praktijkruimte
  • Code reviews, pair programming en kennisdeling in het team
  • Je werkt met AI in je dagelijkse workflow — het is bij ons ingebakken in elk proces

Technisch verwachten we

  • Ervaring met Python (Odoo is een plus, geen must)
  • Je vindt je weg in PostgreSQL en JavaScript/XML
  • Git zit in je dagelijkse workflow
  • Je schrijft code die je collega over zes maanden nog snapt
  • Je wil met de nieuwste technologie werken en jezelf blijven bijscholen

Hoe we werken

Bij ons word je niet afgerekend op gepresteerde uren, maar op de efficiëntiewinst die je bij de klant realiseert. Goed werk dat een bedrijf echt vooruithelpt telt — niet de teller.

We werken bewust met de laatste technologie en AI zit ingebakken in al onze processen. En innovatie stopt niet bij software: in ons eigen labo staan laser cutters, 3D-printers en soldeersets klaar. Je werkt je projecten er zelf uit in een echte labo-omgeving — we beschikken over drie zulke ruimtes, zodat we telkens een trainingsruimte op maat van het project kunnen inrichten.

Technologie is voor ons geen doel op zich, maar een middel: we bouwen wat een bedrijf beter doet draaien en lossen echte problemen op.

Je bent iemand die energie krijgt van bedrijven vooruithelpen, niet van deals sluiten. Je denkt mee met de klant, niet alleen in code, en je communiceert helder — naar klanten én naar collega's. Je bent geen ja-knikker: je trekt zaken in twijfel, stelt de juiste vragen en blijft kritisch — ook als de klant of een collega iets anders voorstelt. Niet om dwars te liggen, maar omdat de beste oplossing zelden de eerste is. Je neemt eigenaarschap, van A tot Z: wat jij oppakt, breng je tot een goed einde. En je leert graag bij en deelt je kennis met het team.

Algemene vereisten

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een IT-richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met Python (Odoo-ervaring is een plus, geen must)
  • Je vindt je weg in PostgreSQL en JavaScript/XML, en Git zit in je dagelijkse workflow
  • Je schrijft onderhoudbare code die je collega over zes maanden nog snapt
  • Je werkt vlot met AI-tools en staat open om ze in je dagelijkse workflow te gebruiken
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en kan technisch overleggen in het Engels
  • Je wil met de nieuwste technologie werken en jezelf blijven bijscholen
