La oficina de empleo de Arganda del Rey está gestionando la siguiente oferta de empleo: Puesto: TÉCNICO/A DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE. Lugar de trabajo: RIVAS VACIAMADRID. Funciones: Correcta atención al cliente. Registrar las incidencias en los pedidos, reclamaciones y consultas efectuadas . Recepción y ejecución de llamadas a los clientes, así como demás medios de comunicación establecidos . Dar soporte interno y externo al cliente. Resolución de incidencias, así como su seguimiento. Proporcionar información y asesoramiento al cliente. Requisitos: - GRADO DE DISCAPACIDAD DE 33% o más. - Formación en Dietética, Nutrición Deportiva, FP o estudios similares relacionados con el sector. - Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en el sector. - Conocimientos sólidos en dietética y nutrición, con especial interés en nutrición deportiva. - Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español, valorables conocimientos en inglés. - Manejo de herramientas básicas (Word y Excel principalmente). Se ofrece: - Modalidad presencial. - Tipo de contrato indefinido. - Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 17:00 horas (posibilidad de momentos puntuales trabajar en horario/turno distinto incluido tienda de nutrición deportiva en Att. Cliente) - Incorporación prevista en octubre 2026. - Salario de 18.000 ¤ brutos anuales. Beneficios: - Gimnasio gratuito en la empresa y otros.
