Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren offset drukker. Het gaat om een functie waarbij je meteen in vaste dienst kan gaan.

Ben jij een gepassioneerde vakman met een diepgaande kennis van offsetdruk? Zoek je een uitdagende rol waarin jouw technische inzicht en oog voor detail het verschil maken? Dan ben jij de drukker die wij zoeken om ons team te versterken!

Jouw Rol en Verantwoordelijkheden

Als offset drukker ben je de drijvende kracht achter de productie op de 5-kleuren KBA Rapida 142 pers.

  • Drukproces Expert: Je kent het offset drukproces door en door en bent verantwoordelijk voor het vlot instellen van de drukpers, waarbij je zorgt dat de productiedoelstellingen worden behaald.
  • Kwaliteitsmeester: Als echte vakman stel je hoge eisen aan je eigen drukwerk en ben je pas tevreden bij het perfecte resultaat. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en een groot gevoel voor kwaliteit.
  • Voorbereiding en Beheer: Samen met je collega's sta je in voor het drukvoorbereidend werk en het stockbeheer van inkten, lakken en andere benodigdheden.
  • Technisch Onderhoud: Je gebruikt je technisch inzicht om zelfstandig storingen op de machine te verhelpen. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het periodiek preventief onderhoud en de algemene orde en netheid op en rond de drukpers. Ernstige storingen meld je tijdig aan het leidinggevende of technische team.
  • Verbetering: Je neemt actief deel aan initiatieven voor het continu verbeteren van het drukproces, de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie.

Jouw Profiel

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, beschik je over de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een technische drukopleiding (A2/A3) of een gelijkwaardig kwalificatieniveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Offset Expertise: Je hebt ervaring met offsetdrukken in meerkleurendruk. Ervaring in massief karton of met KBA-persen is een grote plus.
  • Mentaliteit: Je bent een echte teamplayer die zorgt voor goede communicatie en een collegiale werksfeer. Je hebt een groot gevoel voor veiligheid.
  • Taal: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Werktijden: Je bent bereid te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late/nacht).
