The posting

Als offertebeheerder verzekeringen ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten die een nieuwe verzekering willen afsluiten of hun bestaande polis willen uitbreiden. Je analyseert hun noden, vertaalt die naar correcte offertes en zorgt voor een volledig, helder opgebouwd dossier.

Je werkt in een omgeving waar aanvragen, telefoons en opvolging elkaar snel kunnen opvolgen — en jij houdt het overzicht.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Klantenonthaal via telefoon en mail: warm, professioneel en oplossingsgericht
  • Noden analyseren en vertalen naar passende verzekeringsvoorstellen
  • Offertes opstellen, vergelijken en binnen de marges onderhandelen om tot een competitief voorstel te komen
  • Dossiers aanmaken en vervolledigen met correcte gegevens en documentatie
  • Uitleg geven over processen zoals voertuiginschrijving, invoer of polisopbouw
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en maatschappijen voor een vlotte afhandeling
  • Tarieven berekenen voor nieuwe voertuigen en bestaande klanten helder adviseren
  • Interne communicatie verzorgen naar productie zodra een dossier volledig is
  • Snel schakelen tussen dossiers en prioriteiten, zonder je nauwkeurigheid te verliezen.
  • Je behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer telefoons en nieuwe aanvragen elkaar snel opvolgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, merkt afwijkingen op en blijft ook onder tijdsdruk foutloos.
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je communiceert eerlijk, vriendelijk en consequent.
  • Je schrijft helder, gestructureerd en foutloos.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands uitstekend en Frans goed.
  • Je werkt vlot met Office 365 en leert snel nieuwe systemen aan.
  • Je beschikt over een PCP‑attest en een bachelordenkniveau, bij voorkeur in verzekeringen.
  • Je herkent jezelf in onze waarden: collegialiteit, betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteitsgerichtheid en leergierigheid.
