Bij VIER Accountants & Belastingadviseurs zoeken we een Office Medewerker die energie krijgt van regelen, ontzorgen én administratief ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? - - Jij bent een onmisbare schakel binnen ons kantoor. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken soepel verloopt én ondersteunt het team administratief. - Je verwerkt de post: openen, sorteren en verdelen - Je zorgt dat ons kantoor er verzorgd en georganiseerd uitziet (boodschappen, keukenbeheer, planten, afval, koffieapparaat) - Je regelt attenties zoals bloemen en relatiegeschenken - Je organiseert de maandelijkse lunch en zorgt dat alles weer netjes wordt achtergelaten - Je ontvangt bezoekers en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt (balie & telefoon) - Je ondersteunt administratief en werkt met verschillende systemen o.a.: o bijhouden van cliëntgegevens in Nextens en CRM (Alure) o voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes (periodiek) o opstellen en verzenden van jaarstukken en jaarrekeningen o verwerken van mailverkeer en documentstromen - Je maakt stukken verzendklaar en zorgt dat deze bij de klant terechtkomen - Je helpt mee met het organiseren van uitjes - Je ondersteunt bij vergaderingen - Je werkt hierin nauw samen met de administratief medewerker, met wie je elkaar vervangt bij afwezigheid. Dit maakt jou geschikt Je bent niet alleen een spin in het web van ons kantoor, maar ook iemand die administratief sterk is. De functie heeft een ondersteunend karakter, maar vraagt tegelijkertijd om nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en structuur. Ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden is daarom belangrijk.
