Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Office & Administration Coordinator die zorgt voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking en een professioneel onthaal. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Ontvangen en begeleiden van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers;
  • Beheren van inkomende telefoons, e-mails en post;
  • Inplannen en coördineren van vergaderingen, afspraken en vergaderzalen;
  • Ondersteunen van administratieve processen zoals documentbeheer, klassement en dataverwerking;
  • Verwerken, controleren en opvolgen van administratieve dossiers en gegevens;
  • Regelen van transport, taxi's, catering en andere logistieke ondersteuning;
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van kantoorbenodigdheden en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers;
  • Verzorgen van diverse office support taken ter ondersteuning van collega's en management.

Jouw profiel:

  • Sterke motivatie, energie en drive: je wil dit écht doen en neemt ownership over de receptie;
  • Bereid om naast onthaal ook andere ondersteunende taken op te nemen;
  • Drietalig met zeer goede mondelinge kennis van: Engels (zeer belangrijk), Nederlands,Frans
  • Gezond boerenverstand en een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Juniorprofiel dat wil groeien binnen een organisatie met doorgroeimogelijkheden;
  • Interesse in een langetermijnsamenwerking binnen een menselijke, stabiele werkomgeving.
