Onze klanten rekenen op ons om complexe processen te vertalen naar overzichtelijke workflows en efficiënte oplossingen.

Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen zoeken we een Office Assistant die onze interne processen vlot, efficiënt en professioneel doet verlopen.

Jouw rol als Office Assistant:

Als Office Assistant ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van Integreat op administratief, commercieel en organisatorisch vlak. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van orders, ondersteunt de sales- en consultancyteams, bewaakt administratieve processen en helpt bij planning en facturatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Orderverwerking & Administratie

  • Je gaat aan de slag met orderverwerking en administratieve taken.
  • Je doet aan documentenbeheer, maakt rapportages op en volgt offertes of bestellingen op.

Internal Sales Support

  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan het commerciële team.
  • Je plant klantenafspraken in met eventueel bijhorende documentatie.
  • Je onderhoudt gegevens in het CRM-systeem.

Planning

  • Je verzorgt de planning van consultants en projecten.
  • Je coördineert hun afspraken in functie van hun beschikbaarheden.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project correct wordt opgepikt.

Facturatie & Financiële Ondersteuning

  • Je verwerkt verkoopfacturen.
  • Je volgt facturatiestatussen op.
  • Je doet aan debiteurenopvolging.

Algemene Office Support

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en helpt hen waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt bij evenementen en opleidingen.
  • Je faciliteert een vlotte en correcte kantoorwerking.
  • Je beschikt over enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol.
  • Je hebt een goeie kennis van courante office tools (bv. Excel).
  • Je kan je uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en professioneel ingesteld.
  • Je kan discreet en correct omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en gaat proactief aan de slag met onze huidige werking.
  • Affiniteit met software, ERP of digitalisering is een mooie plus.
