Als Office Assistant ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en de organisatorische spil van het kantoor. Je combineert onthaal, administratie en planning in een gevarieerde functie waarin geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

Jouw taken:

  • Onthaal van klanten, zowel telefonisch als fysiek.
  • Beheren van agenda’s en inplannen van afspraken.
  • Administratieve voorbereiding en opvolging van klantendossiers.
  • Ondersteunen van dossierbeheerders in hun dagelijkse werking.
  • Opvragen en verwerken van documenten.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en professionele communicatie binnen het kantoor.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Starters welkom, eerste ervaring is een plus.
  • Sterk communicatief en klantgericht.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd.
  • Sterke planningsskills en oog voor detail.
  • Vlot met MS Office en digitale tools.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een must.
