The posting

Als Office Assistant ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, bezoekers en zakenpartners. Met jouw professionele uitstraling, oog voor detail en positieve houding zorg je ervoor dat elk contact de kwaliteit, zorg en service uitstraalt.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het professioneel en gastvrij ontvangen en begeleiden van cliënten, bezoekers en zakenpartners;
  • Het beantwoorden van inkomende telefoongesprekken en ervoor zorgen dat vragen snel en correct bij de juiste persoon terechtkomen;
  • Het voorbereiden en opvolgen van vergaderzalen en bijdragen aan een verzorgde en hoogwaardige ontvangst van cliënten;
  • Het coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande post, koerierdiensten en leveringen;
  • Het ondersteunen van diverse administratieve taken, zoals documentbeheer, archivering en printwerk;
  • Het opvolgen van kantoor- en verbruiksbenodigdheden en, waar nodig, contact onderhouden met leveranciers;
  • Het mee bewaken van een ordelijke, professionele en aangename kantooromgeving;
  • Het bieden van praktische ondersteuning aan collega’s en zo bijdragen aan een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het kantoor.

We zoeken iemand die professionaliteit combineert met een servicegerichte instelling. Je haalt voldoening uit het helpen van anderen en zorgt er van nature voor dat cliënten, bezoekers en collega’s zich welkom en goed geholpen voelen.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365 en werkt vlot met de toepassingen;
  • Je bent sociaal en klantgericht en komt professioneel en verzorgd over;
  • Je neemt ownership, denkt vooruit en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen;
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Je weet goed om te gaan met wisselende prioriteiten en blijft ook op drukke momenten rustig en efficiënt;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en discreet en gaat professioneel om met vertrouwelijke informatie;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is;
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag samenwerkt en spontaan bijspringt waar nodig.
