Binnen een stabiel dienstverlenend kantoor gericht op zakelijke en financiële ondersteuning, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Office Manager die het kloppend hart van het team wil worden.

Als Office Manager ben jij de spilfiguur op kantoor. Je ontvangt bezoekers met een glimlach, ondersteunt collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alle interne processen vlekkeloos en vertrouwelijk verlopen.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je verzorgt een warm onthaal voor bezoekers, klanten en collega's en beheert de inkomende communicatie.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning bij zakelijke dossiers en bewaakt nauwgezet de nodige deadlines.
  • Je plant afspraken, vergaderingen, leermomenten en gezellige teamevents in.
  • Je denkt actief mee over hoe kantoorprocessen nog slimmer en doeltreffender kunnen.
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een geordende, professionele en prettige werkomgeving.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen een administratief-boekhoudkundige functie achter de rug.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis Frans of Engels is een grote plus!
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent discreet met gevoelige informatie en beschikt over een sterk organisatievermogen.
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede kennis van digitale kantoortools typeren jou.
