Jouw job draait rond opvolgen van bestellingen van A-Z, zonder hierbij een commerciële rol te vervullen. Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klant, leverancier en andere contactpersonen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en behandelt de orders die daarop volgen.
  • Je zorgt voor tijdige bestelling bij de leverancier, levering bij de klant en alles daartussen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in Excel, want daarin zorg je voor nauwkeurige overzichten.
  • Je beheert de administratie/administratieve input van orders.
  • De vertegenwoordigers kunnen rekenen op jouw ondersteuning waar nodig.
