Je begeleidt klanten bij hun (t)huisprojecten en je helpt actief mee om de marketing van morgen vorm te geven. Door jouw dagelijkse contacten in de showroom begrijp je perfect wat klanten inspireert. Je zet die inzichten om in sterke content, creatieve campagnes en een optimale klantenbeleving.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket als Office Assistant Verkoop & Marketing?

  • Je adviseert particuliere en professionele klanten bij de keuze van tegels, parket en badkamercollecties in de showroom.
  • Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant en vertaalt deze naar creatieve en praktische interieurvoorstellen.
  • Je beheert en creëert inspirerende content voor sociale mediakanalen zoals Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube en Pinterest.
  • Je ontwikkelt foto's, video's, blogs en andere marketingcontent vanuit echte showroomprojecten en klantverhalen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over branding, storytelling, campagnes, interieurtrends en klantengetuigenissen. Je werkt daarbij samen met het interne team en het externe marketingbureau.

Wie zoeken wij als Office Assistant Verkoop & Marketing?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een no-nonsense mentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een toegankelijke, familiale werkomgeving.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld, klantgericht en weet klanten op een authentieke manier te adviseren en overtuigen.
  • Je schrijft vlot aantrekkelijke en foutloze teksten voor sociale media, blogs en marketingcampagnes.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
