In deze afwisselende functie in de regio Ridderkerk zorg jij voor structuur, overzicht én een warm welkom. Je houdt van schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en vindt het leuk om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een veelzijdige kantoorfunctie. Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar staat ook altijd klaar om jouw collega's te ondersteunen. In deze groeiende organisatie in regio Ridderkerk zoeken ze een leergierige Office Assistent die het leuk vindt om verschillende werkzaamheden op te pakken en zich verder te ontwikkelen in het vak. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles op kantoor soepel verloopt. Je ontvangt relaties, houdt overzicht in de agenda's, schakelt met leveranciers en interne teams en ondersteunt bij verschillende administratieve werkzaamheden. Ook interne events en borrels help je organiseren. Je werkt van 08.30 tot 17.00 uur, waarbij starten om 09.00 uur ook mogelijk is. Het gaat om een tijdelijke functie van begin november 2026 tot en met eind februari 2027, ter vervanging tijdens zwangerschapsverlof, voor 24 uur per week.
