Jij houdt de organisatie draaiende. Je werkt nauw samen met de directeur en de regisseur bedrijfsvoering en ondersteunt op een breed takenpakket: van HR-werkzaamheden en het inwerken van nieuwe collega's tot het bewaken van contracten en het organiseren van bijeenkomsten. Jij ziet wat er nodig is, pakt het op en rondt het af.

Concreet houd je je bezig met:

Organiseren van meetings en bijeenkomsten met interne en externe partijen

HR-werkzaamheden, zoals personeelsadministratie, ziekmeldingen en ARBO-vraagstukken

Bijhouden van dossiers en bewaken van contracten en verlengingen

Meewerken aan inkoopprocessen en contractverzorging

Inwerken van nieuwe collega's

Facilitaire zaken coördineren zodat alles op kantoor gewoon goed werkt

Ondersteuning bij facturatie

Je werkt gestructureerd, maar verliest de praktijk nooit uit het oog. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende onderwerpen en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar niet alles vaststaat. Je hebt oog voor detail, maar weet ook wanneer je gewoon moet doorpakken. Initiatiefnemen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve, facilitaire of ondersteunende functie
