Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden 1 Office-Assistent_in / Sachbearbeiter_in Versicherungswesen - Back Office Einsatzort: Graz

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

- Bearbeiten telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen von Kunden (größtenteils B2B-Stammkunden)

- Protokollieren von offenen Geschäftsfällen

- Abschluss und Kündigungen von Versicherungsverträgen

- Prüfen von Polizzen und Prämienvorschreibungen

- Schadensabwicklung in allen Sparten

- Erstellen von Ausschreibungen und Offerten

- Kompetente_r Ansprechpartner_in der Geschäftspartner und Kunden

Unsere Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau / HAS / HAK / HLW)

- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Assistenz- oder Sachbearbeitungsbereich vorteilhaft

- Hohe Motivation und Einsatzfreude

- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung

- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse

- Gute Englischkenntnisse vorteilhaft

- Hohe Team- und Kommunikationskompetenz

- Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Gutes Auftreten und hohe Diskretion

- Hilfsbereitschaft

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt je nach Ausbildung ab € 2.200,00 brutto, wobei je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung eine dementsprechende Überzahlung vorgesehen ist. Vergleichbare Positionen sind üblicherweise mit € 2.200,- bis € 3.300,- (brutto/Monat) dotiert, woran man sich auch in den Verhandlungen zu dieser Position orientieren wird. Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung und bei entsprechendem Engagement und Verantwortungsübernahme sind auch deutlich höhere Gehälter möglich.

Bei uns verhandeln Sie persönlich mit unserem Kunden über die Rahmenbedingungen Ihrer Anstellung als auch Ihr zukünftiges Gehaltsniveau.
