Jouw uitdagingen als office coördinator:

  • Onmisbare duizendpoot – Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende interne diensten, zoals de preventiedienst, de materiaaldienst, marketing en de directie. Je schakelt vlot tussen uiteenlopende taken, springt flexibel bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat collega's steeds op jouw hulp en betrouwbaarheid kunnen rekenen.
  • Organisatietalent in actie – Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief op wieltjes loopt. Van het voorbereiden van documenten en het beheren van gegevens tot het opvolgen van processen: je bewaart het overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt de organisatie soepel draaiende.
  • Verbeteraar in actie – Verantwoordelijkheid schrikt jou niet af. Zie je kansen om processen efficiënter of slimmer aan te pakken? Dan neem je initiatief en zet je je met enthousiasme in om verbeteringen door te voeren.
  • Professionele kantoorheld(in) – Tot slot, zorg je voor een warm en professioneel onthaal, zodat bezoekers en collega's zich meteen welkom voelen. Daarnaast ben je aanspreekpunt voor het gebouwbeheer (inzake orde en netheid, aanvullen materiaal ...) en zorg je voor een vlotte organisatie van de interne postverdeling. Je beheert het economaat, houdt de vergaderzalen netjes en gebruiksklaar en verzorgt praktische bestellingen, zoals visitekaartjes.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Heb jij een bachelordiploma of juist veel relevante ervaring? Dan breng jij de nodige kennis en kunde mee.
  • Jij kent het hele Office pakket als de binnenkant van je broekzak en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat vind jij net geweldig! Jij houdt van afwisseling, maar werkt toch gestructureerd en weet je organisatietalent perfect in te zetten om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
