Onze opdrachtgever zoekt een Office Coördinator die zich geen raad weet met een uitdaging en niet bang is om de mouwen op te stropen. Je werkt in een hecht team waar korte lijnen, samenwerking en een no-nonsense mentaliteit centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je het commerciële en technische team bij alle dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders en andere relaties, verwerkt administratieve processen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Doordat je de portefeuille en klanten goed leert kennen, kun je proactief signaleren en bijdragen aan het oppakken van kansen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

Verzorgen van telefonie, mailverkeer en alle correspondentie richting huurders en andere relaties

Opstellen en administreren van huuraanbiedingen, offertes en diverse vastgoedgerelateerde overeenkomsten

Agendabeheer en planning voor de commercieel en technisch managers

Zorgen voor een actuele online presentatie van objecten en benodigde projectinformatie

Ontvangst en begeleiding van gasten, inclusief het verzorgen van lunch en koffie

Dossier- en archiefbeheer (zowel digitaal als fysiek)

Bewaken van lopende trajecten en processen

Assisteren bij uiteenlopende ad-hoc vraagstukken

Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare secretariële of administratieve ondersteunende functie

Je bent vaardig in het Nederlandse taalgebruik, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

Je bent servicegericht, nauwkeurig, flexibel en kunt goed zelfstandig werken

Je vindt het fijn om onderdeel te zijn van een team en anderen te faciliteren

Je kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en houdt het overzicht
