For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for an office coordinator who enjoys taking a hands-on approach and combining a variety of responsibilities. Job Description Office coordinator As an office coordinator, you and your colleagues ensure a welcoming and well-organised working environment. You combine reception and general office duties with administrative and logistics support. You are the main point of contact at the office and independently make sure everything runs smoothly. Our ideal 'Office coordinator' - Has an MBO/HBO level of education and thinking; - Is welcoming, friendly and service-oriented; - Works in an organised and accurate manner; - Has a good command of English and preferably communicates well in Dutch; - Is available around lunchtime from Monday to Thursday and for the full day on Friday; - Is flexible and occasionally available for additional hours during holidays or sick leave.
