Voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam zoeken wij een Office & Facilities Medewerker die ons kantoor vier of vijf dagen per week ondersteunt, vanaf de opening van het kantoor tot na de lunch. Over Ovidius Ovidius is een gespecialiseerd advocatenkantoor in het centrum van Amsterdam. We werken met een klein en professioneel team, met korte lijnen en een informele sfeer. We werken hard, maar vinden het minstens zo belangrijk dat het prettig is om bij ons op kantoor te zijn. Een verzorgd kantoor hoort daar voor ons bij. We houden van een opgeruimde werkplek, nette spreekkamers en een kantoor waar alles aanwezig en goed geregeld is. Daarom zoeken wij iemand die zich daar graag verantwoordelijk voor voelt. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat de praktische zaken op kantoor goed geregeld zijn. Je werkzaamheden zijn heel divers. Denk onder meer aan: - zorgen dat de algemene ruimtes, het secretariaat en de spreekkamers netjes en verzorgd zijn; - de lunch voorbereiden en zorgen dat alles daarvoor in huis is; - boodschappen en bestellingen doen voor kantoor-, keuken- en andere benodigdheden; - voorraden bijhouden en tijdig aanvullen; - erop letten dat het kantoor er gedurende de dag representatief uitziet; - meedenken over de inrichting en aankleding van het kantoor; - helpen bij het organiseren van borrels, evenementen en andere kantooractiviteiten; - regelen van bijvoorbeeld bloemen, attenties en relatiegeschenken; - zo nu en dan de telefoon aannemen; - bezoekers/klanten ontvangen.
