In deze gevarieerde functie combineer je office management met facility coördinatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles op kantoor en in het gebouw vlot, professioneel en efficiënt verloopt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, huurders, leveranciers en aannemers en verzorgt het onthaal en de telefonie;
  • Je zorgt voor een goed georganiseerde kantooromgeving en beheert voorraden, toegangsbeheer en algemene facilitaire noden;
  • Je organiseert vergaderingen van A tot Z, inclusief planning, catering, verslaggeving en administratieve opvolging;
  • Je biedt operationele ondersteuning bij projecten, bedrijfsevents, reisorganisatie en andere praktische kantoorzaken.

Je bent een hands-on professional die graag organiseert, prioriteiten stelt en overzicht bewaart.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen office management, administratie of facility coördinatie;
  • Je bent sterk georganiseerd, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt moeiteloos verschillende ballen tegelijk in de lucht;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt interesse in technische of facilitaire aspecten van gebouwbeheer;
  • Je bent proactief, servicegericht en krijgt energie van een coördinerende rol.
