Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, behalten stets den Überblick und haben Freude daran Kollegen, Kunden sowie Lieferanten bei diversen Angelegenheiten zu unterstützen? Im Bereich Office Management

* ... kümmern Sie sich um administrative Tätigkeiten wie bspw. Postbearbeitung, Aufbereitung von Unterlagen, etc.

* ... sind Sie erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und Lieferanten

* ... übernehmen Sie die Abwicklung und Überwachung der Eigenproduktion unserer Produkte

* ... führen Sie Qualitätskontrollen und Überprüfungen des Produktsortiments durch

* ... erstellen und gestalten Sie Dokumentationen und Bedienungsanleitungen in verschiedenen Sprachen

PROFIL

* Kfm. Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im administrativen Bereich

* Fundiertes Know-How im MS-Office sowie ERP-Kenntnisse

* Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Level B2)

* Flexible und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hands-On Mentalität Organisationsfähigkeit Durchsetzungsvermögen
