Bij Dunck helpen we organisaties om klanten en donateurs zich gezien en gewaardeerd te laten voelen. Als Office Manager doe jij precies dat, voor ons eigen team. Jij bent de regelaar die energie krijgt van organiseren, mensen helpen en zorgen dat alles klopt. Je zorgt dat ons kantoor in Utrecht soepel draait, dat collega's en gasten zich direct welkom voelen en dat onze deelnemers van de loyaltyprogramma's die we beheren de service krijgen die ze verdienen. En minstens zo belangrijk: jij bent de verbinder die de sfeer en het werkplezier binnen Dunck levend houdt. Dit is een veelzijdige functie waarin office management, service, HR en werkplezier samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt veel ruimte om zelf te zien wat er nodig is en daar actie op te ondernemen. De meeste tijd besteed je aan Office & HR, daarnaast werk je mee aan Service & fulfilment en is er ruimte voor People & vibe. Als richtlijn kun je denken aan ongeveer 50% Office & HR, 30% Service & fulfilment en 20% People & vibe. De verdeling ligt niet iedere week precies hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk. Jij zorgt dat het kantoor soepel draait. Van een goed gevulde keuken en een werkende laptop tot een nieuwe collega die goed wordt ontvangen: jij houdt het overzicht en regelt het. Je bent het warme eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's, bezoekers en leveranciers. Je regelt de dagelijkse facilitaire zaken en zorgt dat voorraden, post en bestellingen op orde zijn. Ook ondersteun je bij HR-administratie, onboarding, verlof en verzuim. Daarnaast houd je samen met collega's zaken als BHV, veiligheid en een gezonde werkomgeving goed geregeld. Jij zorgt dat collega's hun werk goed kunnen doen, zonder zich druk te hoeven maken over alles eromheen. Dunck verzorgt de deelnemersservice voor verschillende loyaliteitsprogramma's.
