Als Office Manager in regio Oostende krijg je een breed en afwisselend takenpakket:

  • Rechterhand van de directie binnen de dagelijkse organisatie van het bedrijf
  • Verantwoordelijk voor leveranciersbeheer en voorbereiding van facturatie ter ondersteuning van de boekhouding
  • Opvolgen van verzekeringen en beheer van het wagenpark
  • Administratieve opvolging van kasstaten, transfers, receptienota’s en intracommunautaire leveringen
  • Beheer van kantoormateriaal en opvolging van onderhoud en defecten aan gebouwen
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en directie rond administratieve en organisatorische vragen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de praktische opvolging van personeelsadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Mee nadenken over optimalisaties binnen interne processen en werkplanning
  • Ondersteunen bij het opvolgen van cijfers, budgetten en financiële administratie
  • Social media en website up-to-date houden

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau en behaalde bij voorkeur een diploma binnen Office Management, Rechtspraktijk of een financiële richting
  • Relevante ervaring binnen administratie of office management
  • Goede kennis van sociale wetgeving en ervaring met loonsverwerking is een sterke troef
  • Basisinzicht in boekhouding en financiële administratie
  • Gestructureerd, proactief en sterk in het bewaren van overzicht
  • Empathisch ingesteld en communicatief sterk in de omgang met collega’s en externe contacten
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Vlot met digitale tools, systemen en social media
  • Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende prioriteiten in een dynamische omgeving
