Om dat mogelijk te maken, zoeken wij een zorgvuldige, betrokken en proactieve Office Manager die ons team komt versterken. Jij wordt het organisatorische hart van onze praktijk; degene die rust, overzicht en structuur brengt, zodat behandelaren zich volledig kunnen richten op de zorg voor onze cliënten. Wat ga je doen • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten, ouders, jongeren, verwijzers en collega's • Je beheert en bewaakt de agenda's, plant intakes en zorgt voor een soepele doorstroom • Je ondersteunt bij dossiervoering, declaraties, contractadministratie en kwaliteitsregistraties • Je houdt overzicht op wachttijden, rapportages en interne processen • Je draagt bij aan een warme, veilige praktijkcultuur waarin cliënten en collega's zich welkom voelen • Je ondersteunt bij HR processen, zoals onboarding en interne communicatie • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen en de verdere professionalisering van onze praktijk Wie ben jij • Je hebt ervaring in een zorgomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de jeugd GGZ • Je werkt zorgvuldig, gestructureerd en communiceert helder en warm • Je voelt feilloos aan wat cliënten en collega's nodig hebben om zich veilig en welkom te voelen • Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer het druk is • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt gemakkelijk met EPD systemen, planningstools en Office 365 • Je hebt een vriendelijke, toegankelijke en mensgerichte houding die past bij onze visie Wat bieden wij • Een kleinschalige, betrokken praktijk waar menselijkheid en kwa...
