Als Office Manager ben jij een centrale spil binnen onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze financiële, administratieve en personeelsgerelateerde processen vlot en correct verlopen en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's, klanten en leveranciers.

Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met onze zaakvoerster en krijgt veel vertrouwen en autonomie binnen je eigen domein. De precieze invulling van de functie stemmen we mee af op jouw ervaring, sterktes en ambities: wie meer kan en wil, krijgt daar ook de ruimte toe.

De functie kan met jou meegroeien. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring, interesses en niveau kun je geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, bijvoorbeeld binnen financiële rapportering en analyses, HR, preventie, digitalisering/IT of de optimalisatie van interne processen. We zoeken daarbij actief naar manieren om slimmer en efficiënter te werken en staan open voor nieuwe technologie, automatisering en AI.

Wie we zoeken:

  • Je bent betrouwbaar, discreet en voert een open en eerlijke communicatie.
  • Je bent iemand die graag zelfstandig zijn/haar eigen domein beheert en zoekt zelf naar oplossingen
  • Je bent digitaal nieuwsgierig en hebt interesse in nieuwe tools, technologieeën, ...
  • Je denkt verder dan het uitvoerende, je stelt dingen in vraag en ziet waar processen eenvoudiger of efficiënter kunnen
  • Je bent bovenal iemand die positieve energie meebrengt naar ons hecht team

Vereisten:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of financiële administratie
  • Ervaring met Venice of personeelsadministratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must
  • Je bent beschikbaar om tenminste 3/5 te werken tot fulltime (afhankelijk van ervaring en profiel)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, elke andere taal is mooi meegenomen (Fr/En/Duits)
