De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Office Manager?

  • Je beheert het dagelijkse office management en zorgt voor een vlotte werking op kantoor
  • De ondersteuning van het management bij administratieve taken en hospitality, en zorgt voor een vlot onthaal van klanten en medewerkers
  • Je organiseert het onboardingproces voor nieuwe collega’s en verzorgt de volledige customer journey
  • Daarnaast ben je bereid kleine marketingtaken op jou te nemen zoals het samenstellen van goodiebags, relatiegeschenken en posts op sociale media
  • Je volgt projectgebonden administratie op, neemt actief deel aan teamoverleg en stuurt zelfstandig bij waar nodig

Onze klant Deze groep, een gevestigd unicum in de vastgoedwereld, met duizenden woningen en studentenverblijven gerealiseerd, voornamelijk via totale renovatie en reconversie. Onze klant is het grootste bouwbedrijf in de sterk groeiende sector van de stedelijke herontwikkeling en kunnen beroepen op ervaring, financiële stabiliteit en zin voor kwaliteit.

Hun team bestaat uit een hechte groep mensen die stuk voor stuk gekenmerkt worden door inzet, fierheid en loyaliteit! Dagelijks kopen ze verouderde sites aan en her-ontwikkelen ze deze tot duurzame stadwoningen en bruisende stadsdelen.

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma en enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie achter de rug
  • Daarnaast ben je proactief, denk je oplossingsgericht en bewaar je moeiteloos het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset en voelt je helemaal in je element binnen een hecht, betrokken team
