Als Office manager ben je een zelfstandige, enthousiaste en hands-on collega die ons kantoorteam komt ondersteunen in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Je bent de rechterhand van de directeur - Je bent telefonisch aanspreekpunt - Je beheert de mailbox - Je ontvangt klanten op locatie - Je geeft klanten een advies om te verduurzamen - Je coördineert de leads en verkochte zonnepanelen installaties - Je zorgt dat annuleringen, vragen en klachten van klanten goed afgehandeld worden - Je beheert, bewaakt en organiseert ons CRM systeem - Je regelt uitjes, attenties en zorgt dat iedereen elke dag weer met een lach verschijnt Hier herken jij jezelf in Je bent communicatief sterk, beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en hebt een aantal jaren ervaring als Office manager. Je bent graag met meerdere zaken tegelijk bezig en houdt hier ook overzicht en voortgang in. Daarnaast ben jij klant- en servicegerecht, want het contact met de klant is een belangrijk onderdeel van de werkzaamheden. Ook ben je commercieel en resultaat gedreven.
