Als office manager en administratief medewerk(st)er ben jij de ondersteunende en organisatorische kracht van ons kantoor.

Jouw taken zijn veelzijdig en geen dag is hetzelfde!

Jouw impact

Je staat in voor de verwelkoming van cliënten op het kantoor en fungeert als eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor éénieder die het kantoor bezoekt. Aan volgende taken kan je je verwachten:

  • Verwelkomen van cliënten op het kantoor;
  • Beantwoorden van de eerste telefoonlijn;
  • Behandelen van de inkomende en uitgaande post / mails;
  • Beheren van de kantooragenda;
  • Inplannen van afspraken;
  • Beheren van het archief;
  • Plaatsen van kantoorbestellingen en het contact met leveranciers;
  • …

Naast de rol van office manager zal je ook de dossierbeheerders administratief ondersteunen zoals het uitvoeren van de voorafgaandelijke opzoekingen bij de opstart van allerlei dossiers.

Op termijn zou je als back-up instaan voor de post-akteformaliteiten, zoals:

  • Elektronische registratie van de akten;
  • Inschrijving van testamenten en huwelijkscontracten in de daartoe bestemde registers;
  • Meldingsformaliteiten zoals bv. syndicus;
  • Voorbereiding en opvolging van handlichtingsdossiers;
  • Afsluiting van dossiers;
  • Repertorium;
  • …

Jij bent de organisator die ervoor zorgt dat het kantoor efficiënt draait, en tegelijkertijd de cliënten een warm welkom biedt!

Jij brengt mee

  • Ervaring in de juridische sector, bij voorkeur in het notariaat;
  • Ervaring met het programma Supermedewerker (Dataconsult) is een plus en geen must;
  • Goede kennis van de gebruikelijke softwareprogramma’s (Word, Excel en Outlook);
  • Nauwkeurigheid en vlotte communicatie;
  • Grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • De nodige aandacht voor detail;
  • Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidszin, die ook zelfstandig kan plannen en prioriteiten kan stellen.
