Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Twente zijn wij op zoek naar een ondernemende Office Manager die energie krijgt van het opbouwen van relaties, het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers en het adviseren van klanten over passende beveiligingsoplossingen. Wat ga je doen? Als Office manager ben jij hét gezicht van het bedrijf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand en het onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande opdrachtgevers. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Actief benaderen van nieuwe zakelijke klanten. - Uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Plannen en uitvoeren van acquisitie- en adviesgesprekken. - Inventariseren van beveiligingsvraagstukken bij klanten. - Adviseren over passende beveiligingsoplossingen. - Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes. - Begeleiden van aanbestedingen of bereid zijn dit te leren. - Signaleren van commerciële kansen in de regio. - Bijhouden van klantgegevens en bezoekrapportages in het CRM-systeem. - Samenwerken met de planning en operationele afdeling voor een soepele uitvoering van nieuwe opdrachten. - Vertegenwoordigen van Veritas Security tijdens netwerkbijeenkomsten en klantbezoeken. Wat vragen wij? Wij zoeken een commerciële professional die zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en graag relaties opbouwt. - Ervaring met B2B-verkoop. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden. - Ervaring met Microsoft Office en CRM-systemen. - Rijbewijs B. Pré - Ervaring met aanbestedingen is een pré.
