Als Office Manager ben jij het administratieve hart van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot draait en bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales, magazijn, leveranciers en management.

Dankzij jouw overzicht, organisatietalent en hands-on mentaliteit kan het commerciële team zich focussen op klanten en groei.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opvolgen van klantenorders van bestelling tot facturatie
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van het salesproces
  • Beheer van klantendossiers
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van transporten en leveringen
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van facturen
  • Opvolgen van betalingen
  • Administratieve verwerking van aankopen en leveranciersbeheer
  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse kantoorwerking
  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen van processen en werking

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma en enkele jaren ervaring binnen een administratieve rol.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en weet je weg goed te vinden met het MS Office pakket
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit, werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht.
