Ben jij een organisatorisch talent dat energie haalt uit administratie, klantencontact en het coördineren van uiteenlopende taken? In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de rechterhand van de directie en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse werking van een gespecialiseerde organisatie vlot en professioneel verloopt. Dit vanuit centrum Brussel.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Office Manager

  • Ondersteunen van de directie bij dagelijkse administratieve en organisatorische taken
  • Instaan voor het volledige office management en de algemene administratie
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en kopers via telefoon, mail en briefwisseling
  • Opvolgen van betalingen, facturen en administratieve dossiers
  • Opstellen van advertenties, nieuwsbrieven en communicatie voor sociale media
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van evenementen en veilingdagen
  • Coördineren van materiaal, catering en technische voorzieningen tijdens evenementen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s tijdens drukke periodes
  • Opvolgen van verzendingen, exportdocumenten en klantendossiers na evenementen
  • Bewaken van een correcte administratieve flow en klantgerichte service

  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Sterk organisatorisch en administratief ingesteld
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk
  • Communicatief sterk en klantgericht
  • Stressbestendig en vlot kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende prioriteiten
  • Collegiaal ingesteld en graag werkzaam binnen een klein team
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365
  • Ervaring met databanken is een pluspunt
  • Affiniteit met cultuur, erfgoed of historische collecties is mooi meegenomen
  • Bereid om je grondig in te werken in een gespecialiseerde omgeving
