Als office manager zorg je dat de dagelijkse organisatie soepel loopt voor het kantoor en de interne processen in Delft. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor ongeveer 25 collega's, leveranciers en bezoekers. Je ondersteunt directie en management, beheert agenda's en afspraken en regelt facilitaire zaken. Ook help je bij personeelsadministratie en onboarding en verbeter je waar mogelijk de interne processen. Dit ga je doen: - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie; - Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor collega's, leveranciers en bezoekers; - Directie en management ondersteunen; - Agenda's en afspraken beheren; - Facilitaire zaken verzorgen; - Helpen bij personele administratie en onboarding; - Interne processen verbeteren.

Het bedrijf in Delft is actief in energiebesparing en groeit snel. De sfeer is informeel en sociaal, en de markt biedt veel kansen. Je werkt in dagdienst van 08:00 tot 17:00, 40 uur per week. Wie zoeken wij:- Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je werkt zelfstandig en houdt overzicht.

Wat bieden wij jou:- Salaris tussen de €2.800 en €3.800 bruto per maand op basis van fulltime werken, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Pensioenopbouw bij StiPP pensioenfonds; - 32-40 uur per week; - Vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen; - Informeel en betrokken team; - Vast contract in het vooruitzicht!
