Office Manager IDFA Office Manager IDFA zoekt per direct een Office Manager die ons team komt versterken. Full-time · Amsterdam IDFA is hét toonaangevende instituut voor de kunst van documentaire film en nieuwe media. Elke november verwelkomt het festival circa 295.000 bezoeken en 3.000 professionals in Amsterdam met een trendsettend programma. Naast het festival stimuleert IDFA de documentairesector met de markten IDFA Forum en Docs for Sale en ondersteunt het filmmakers via het IDFA Bertha Fund en diverse talentontwikkelingsprogramma's. Gedurende het jaar werken er ongeveer 50 medewerkers bij IDFA. In de maanden voorafgaand aan het festival verdubbelt ons team met tijdelijke medewerkers, freelancers en stagiairs. Over de functie Als Office Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënte, veilige en prettige werkomgeving. Je coördineert en optimaliseert administratieve, operationele en facilitaire processen, waaronder werkplek- en gebouwbeheer. Daarnaast bewaak je het office budget, beheer je leveranciersrelaties en zorg je voor een goede uitvoering van BHV, RI&E en andere veiligheids- en preventietaken. Je begeleidt het onboarding- en offboardingtraject, ondersteunt de interne communicatie en werkt nauw samen met HR en andere afdelingen om projecten en organisatiebrede initiatieven succesvol te realiseren. Je legt verantwoording af aan het Hoofd Production & Digital. Wat ga je doen? - Je coördineert, beheert en verbetert de dagelijkse administratieve en operationele office processen. Je speelt een centrale rol in het werkplek- en pandbeheer en bent verantwoordelijk voor onder meer de algemene mailbox, post, kantoorbenodigdheden, lunch en schoonmaak. - Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor toegewezen projecten en processen, bewaakt mede het office budget en onderhoudt contact met externe leveranciers. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de BHV, vervult de rol van preventiemedewerker en bewaakt samen met HR de ...
