Namens een betrokken organisatie in Nederland zijn wij op zoek naar een veelzijdige Office Manager Finance & HR die het administratieve hart van de organisatie vormt. In deze zelfstandige parttime functie combineer je financieel-administratief werk met HR-taken en algemene kantoorondersteuning. Je werkt nauwgezet, behoudt het overzicht en voelt je prettig in een rol met ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Financiële administratie

Registreren en verwerken van inkomende facturen in de boekhouding

Klaarmaken en uitvoeren van betaalopdrachten via de bankomgeving

Verzorgen van fiscale aangiftes, waaronder omzetbelasting en loonheffing

Verwerken van bankmutaties en bijhouden van de aflettering

Beheren van het debiteuren- en crediteurenproces

Opvolgen van uitstaande betalingen via herinneringen

HR en personeelsadministratie

Doorgeven en verwerken van mutaties in de salarisadministratie

Beheren van verlofregistratie en bijhouden van ziekmeldingen

Opstellen en bijwerken van arbeidsovereenkomsten voor nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers

Beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers over personeelsgerelateerde onderwerpen

Onderhouden van contacten met de arbodienst en andere externe HR-partijen

Algemene kantoorondersteuning

Afhandelen van inkomende post en e-mail

Regelen van kantoorbenodigdheden en facilitaire zaken

Bieden van brede administratieve ondersteuning aan de organisatie

Je beschikt over:

Aantoonbare ervaring met financieel-administratieve werkzaamheden

Affiniteit met personeelsadministratie of relevante HR-ervaring

MBO+ werk- en denkniveau

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift

Vaardigheid in MS Office

Je bent:

Secuur en gestructureerd in je werkwijze

Zelfstandig en in staat om initiatief te nemen

Communicatief vaardig en servicegericht

Betrouwbaar in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie

Flexibel en prettig in een veelzijdige rol
