Ben je klaar voor een uitdagende functie als Office Manager met HR taken in een dynamische werkomgeving? Namens onze opdrachtgever, een innovatieve scale-up in de lichttechnologie, zijn wij op zoek naar een veelzijdige talent voor 32-40 uur per week.

Als Office Manager met HR taken vorm je het kloppend hart van de organisatie. Je komt terecht in een pioniersfase waar je de kans krijgt om processen op te zetten en te stroomlijnen. De functie bestaat voor ongeveer 50% uit office management taken en 50% uit HR-gerelateerde werkzaamheden.

Bij de office management taken bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan het managementteam (CEO, CFO en CTO). Je beheert hun agenda's en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team. Je coördineert internationale reizen voor het ontwikkelingsteam in samenwerking met een travel agency en je organiseert bedrijfsevenementen. Daarnaast zorg je voor het up-to-date houden van documentatie in SharePoint en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor ICT-gerelateerde zaken.

Op HR-gebied ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bijhouden van werving- en selectieprocessen, het verzorgen van de on- en offboarding, het actueel houden van het personeelshandboek en functiebeschrijvingen. Je beheert het verlof- en ziekteregistratiesysteem en ontwikkelt samen met het management het performance management beleid. Doordat veel basisprocessen al zijn ingericht vanuit de zusterorganisatie, ligt de nadruk op het verder professionaliseren en op maat maken van de HR-processen.

Je beschikt over MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau

Je kunt goed schakelen met hoger opgeleide professionals

Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

Je bent vaardig met MS Office

Je hebt kennis van of interesse in HR-gerelateerde processen

Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig

Je bent proactief, flexibel en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit

Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische scale-up omgeving waar nog niet alles is uitgedacht
