Onze opdrachtgever heeft recentelijk een nieuw kantoor in Amsterdam geopend en is op zoek naar een daadkrachtige Office Manager die hun groeiende praktijk kan ondersteunen. De ideale kandidaat heeft een achtergrond in secretariële functies en kan zelfstandig de dagelijkse werkzaamheden beheren.

Taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

Alle taken van de secretaresse kunnen overnemen bij afwezigheid

Overzicht en regie op kantoororganisatie (helikopterview)

Aanspreekpunt en visitekaartje van het kantoor

Coördinatie van facilitaire zaken (printer, shredders, post, serviced office)

Aanspreekpunt richting internationale afdelingen (HR, IT, finance)

Ondersteuning bij groei van de organisatie

Processen verbeteren, signaleren waar zaken efficiënter kunnen

Werken aan groei van het kantoor (van 7 naar 20+ personen)

Ervaring in office management in een zakelijke omgeving

Organiserend vermogen, zelfstandig én coördinerend

Affiniteit met huisvesting, HR, IT en andere stafdiensten

Proactief, ondernemend, betrouwbaar

Comfortabel in het Engels (dagelijks contact met internationale teams)

Moet op termijn meerdere secretaresses kunnen aansturen/coördineren

Beheersing van Microsoft Office-pakket
