Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Office Manager zijn:

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse kantoorwerking en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze organisatie.
  • Je beheert agenda's, vergaderingen en belangrijke administratieve processen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten.
  • Je ondersteunt het management met operationele en organisatorische taken.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en neemt proactief verbeterinitiatieven.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
