Ihre Aufgaben * Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung der Tätigkeitsfelder des Forum Demokratieforschung * Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung von Forschungsprojekten am Forum Demokratieforschung, einschließlich Antragstellung, Förderabwicklung, Budgetplanung und -monitoring sowie von verschiedenen Aktivitäten der Vermittlung Science-to-Science, Science-to-Public und Science-to-Professional * Administrative Abwicklung, Mitorganisation und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen und Workshops vor Ort * Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung von Aktivitäten der regionalen, internationalen und interdisziplinären Vernetzung sowie von Kooperationen im Bereich Forschung und Vermittlung * Ansprechperson für wissenschaftliche und zivilgesellschaftliche Kontakte und Anliegen * Mitarbeit bei Ausschreibung, Anbindung und Betreuung von Fellowships * Mitarbeit in der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Betreuung des Webauftritts und von Sozialen Medien * Betreuung der Daten- und Informationssammlungen zu Forschungs- und Projektfördermöglichkeiten * Mitarbeit bei Dokumentations- und Evaluierungsmaßnahmen sowie Berichtslegung am Forum Demokratieforschung * Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Büroorganisation

Ihr Profil * Berufsbildende mittlere Schule oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (kaufmännischer Abschluss oder Matura) * Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office; CMS, z.B. TYPO3) * SAP-Kenntnisse * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Stil- und Textsicherheit, hohe Ausdrucksfähigkeit * Management- und Koordinationskompetenzen, Kompetenzen in Vermittlungs- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit/Kultur- und Projektmanagement/Veranstaltungsorganisation * Service-Orientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Universitäts- und Förderstellen, Kooperationspartner:innen, Veranstaltungsteilnehmer:innen sowie Studierenden * Interesse an der Demokratieforschung und den Forschungsbereichen des Forums (wünschenswert) * Kenntnisse in der Vernetzung und Koordination geistes- und sozialwissenschaftlicher Forschung (wünschenswert) * Kenntnisse der Universitätsstruktur und der Verwaltungsabläufe der Universität Graz (wünschenswert) * Kompetenzen in der Betreuung und Abwicklung von (wissenschaftlichen) Publikationen, Kenntnisse im digitalen Layouten/Grafikdesign (wünschenswert) * Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Eigeninitiative * Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit von mindestens € 38.628,79. Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist möglich.

Über uns Ausgangspunkt des Forum Demokratieforschung ist Demokratie als eine Lebensform. Sie wird kommunikativ geteilt, sinnlich gelebt und alltäglich realisiert. Demokratie ist nicht selbstverständlich. Aktuelle Umbrüche und Krisen zeigen, dass demokratisches Handeln immer neu befragt werden muss.

Das Forum Demokratieforschung ist ein fakultätsübergreifender Leistungsbereich an der Universität Graz (Living Lab). Zugleich bildet es einen öffentlichen Ort in der Stadt Graz, an dem Wissenschaftler:innen (internationale/nationale Fellows und Angehörige der Universität Graz) allein oder gemeinsam mit Bürger:innen Projekte im Bereich der Demokratieforschung realisieren. Es ist zudem ein Ort der Wissenschaftskommunikation, der interaktiven und partizipativen Vermittlungs- und Bildungsarbeit, der demokratischen (Selbst-)Bildung und des Dialogs.
